SRCC PGDGBO 2026: key facts
SRCC will hold its SRCC GBO entrance test on 28 February 2026 for admission to the two-year SRCC PGDGBO. The online application window was extended and the last date to apply is 31 January 2026 .
SRCC PGDGBO: important dates and seats
The SRCC GBO exam is scheduled for 28 February 2026 , results are expected by 10 April 2026 , and the GD/PI shortlist and schedule will be released on 5 May 2026 . Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds are set for 5–9 May 2026 . The academic session is likely to start in July/August 2026 .
SRCC offers 94 seats for the PGDGBO intake, including reserved-category seats under DU rules. Final admission lists will follow GD/PI and the college’s merit calculations.
SRCC PGDGBO: entrance test, shortlist and selection weightage
SRCC conducts its own SRCC GBO Entrance Exam for PGDGBO; this is separate from DU’s CUET and CSAS processes. The written paper tests Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, English, General Awareness and Business Awareness.
Selection uses a combined weightage: Entrance exam 75% , GD 10% , and PI 15% . Foreign nationals may be exempt from the entrance exam in certain cases under the college’s rules.
SRCC PGDGBO: eligibility and application process
You need a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with minimum 50% for General/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD. Final-year students may apply but must provide proof of graduation before joining.
The application is fully online through the SRCC application portal. The application fee is typically INR 2,000–2,500 (confirm on the official notification).
SRCC PGDGBO: fees and additional charges
Tuition is INR 82,000 per semester , making total tuition INR 3,28,000 for four semesters. There is refundable caution money of INR 10,000 and other institutional charges of INR 5,000–8,000 . Foreign nationals pay an additional USD 250 per semester .
What this means for applicants
If you want a specialised, industry-focused postgraduate diploma at SRCC, you must sit the SRCC GBO exam rather than CUET. For undergraduate admissions to SRCC (B.Com Hons, BA Econ) and most DU PG programs (M.Com, MA Economics) CUET via CSAS remains mandatory.
