Are the placement opportunities the same for students entering IIM Rohtak through IPM and CAT?

Well, from what I know, IIM Rohtak doesn't really differentiate between students who got in via IPM or CAT during placements. Everyone's part of the same batch after a couple of years.

Same Opportunities: Whether you came through CAT or IPM, you'll be sitting for placements with the same companies. What really matters is how well you've done academically.
Academic Performance: Your grades in graduation and PGP are super important. If you've consistently done well, you'll likely have an edge.
Different Backgrounds: CAT folks usually get serious after a couple of years, especially if they're from lesser-known colleges. IPM students, on the other hand, have a more well-rounded background, which helps them think beyond just economics or accounting.
IPM Advantage: If you've done your BBA from IIMR, you're probably a step ahead of someone from a less reputable college. It's rare for an IPM student to be placed lower than a PGP student, though it can happen sometimes.
