So, NSIT Dwarka doesn't have a Civil Engineering branch, which means lateral entry isn't an option there. But, yeah, PTU does allow lateral entry into Civil Engineering. You'll need a Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering to be eligible. Also, government colleges that use the JAC admission process usually don't offer lateral admissions.
