You've gotta apply online! The deadline is usually around September 2025. If you make the shortlist, you'll be called for an interview and a language test around the end of November 2025. Nominees then take the TOEFL in December 2025. USIEF sends the applications of the recommended candidates to the U.S. for approval. Finalists are usually notified around April 2026, and the program kicks off in August or September 2026. You can find the application at https://apply.iie.org/flta2025 .
