NIT Nagaland is generally considered a decent option, especially when you look at the return on investment (ROI). You'll find the basic facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, and hostel rooms are all available. The labs for each department are also well-equipped.

Keep in mind that since it's a newer NIT, there can be some challenges with faculty and infrastructure.

On the bright side, NIT Nagaland has a pretty good placement record. Recent stats show that students are getting a median CTC of around INR 10.6 LPA. Companies like Wipro, EY, Vedanta, L&T, and Capgemini often come for recruitment.
