From what I've heard from friends at Vardhaman College of Engineering, it's a pretty decent option in Hyderabad. Here’s a quick rundown:

Infrastructure: The campus and hostels are well-maintained, which is a plus.
Food: Hostel food is supposedly hygienic and okay to eat.
