How good is VIT Pune for engineering, and what about placements?

VIT Pune is considered a pretty good option for engineering, often mentioned right after COEP. While the campus might not be the absolute best, you'll get solid exposure and plenty of opportunities here.

Academics: The faculty is really dedicated, focusing on both practical and theoretical learning. They make sure you get hands-on experience with strict lab exams.

Projects: You'll be doing mini-projects every semester in groups. Each group gets a teacher to help and evaluate the project.

Exposure: VIT has tie-ups with universities in Canada and Hoff University in Germany. If you get selected, you can spend a semester or two there, which is a great way to broaden your horizons.

Internship & Placements: VIT encourages internships, even semester-long ones in your final year. Placement stats are decent; the average CTC recently was around 4.77 LPA.
