Well, if you're choosing between the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Bhopal and Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), SPA Bhopal is generally considered the better choice.

SPAs, especially Bhopal, are kind of like the IITs of architecture. Since they're under the Ministry of HRD, they usually have better infrastructure, more funding, and better facilities. Plus, the internship and placement opportunities are pretty good, with stipends ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹60,000.

CCA is a decent school, but it doesn't have the same level of exposure or resources as SPA Bhopal.
