Chitkara and CGC Landran: They're pretty much on the same level. Both have good placement cells and offer decent opportunities.
UPES: If you're into petroleum or chemical engineering, UPES is a solid choice. They have some unique courses and a good reputation. Keep in mind, though, that the fees are a bit higher.

I wouldn't recommend electronics and communication engineering at any of these, as the placements aren't great. You might end up having to learn coding with the CSE students at the last minute.
