Well, Shyam Lal College is generally considered a decent option. A friend of mine studies there and seems pretty happy with the environment and the faculty.

Campus: It's located on a large campus well-connected to Delhi NCR. You'll find a college building, big grounds, a garden, and a large library.
Connectivity: The college is in Shahdara, Delhi, near the Welcome metro station (just a 5-minute walk). The Shahdara bus terminal is also close by.
Faculty: The teachers are supportive and experienced, with the history and political science departments being particularly strong.
Campus Life: The schedule isn't too demanding, so you can prepare for other exams or participate in societies like Sakashya and Picolis. Seniors are usually helpful too.
