Yes, there is a quota for Delhi students in Delhi University (DU). According to a recent ruling by the Delhi High Court, students who have completed their schooling in the NCR (National Capital Region) but outside of Delhi will not be eligible for the Delhi Quota for college admissions. The court clarified that the Delhi Quota is based on the location of the school, not the domicile of the student.

In DU colleges, 85% of the seats are reserved for Delhi residents, while the remaining 15% are for candidates from outside Delhi.
