Well, a friend who recently graduated from Delhi University mentioned that the college choice isn't super critical as long as you're really into the courses you're taking.

Between Rajdhani College and Motilal Nehru College, what matters more is your own effort. Colleges mainly provide guidance, so it's mostly up to you to build your career.

Pick whichever is more convenient for you—think about accommodation, location, the vibe, and how easy it is to get there. Since both are under DU, the curriculum will be pretty similar.
