Does IIT Ropar provide accommodation for parents during admission?

Well, IIT Ropar has hostels for students, but parents can only stay there if the warden approves. Just a heads up, no opposite-gender folks are allowed inside. This is usually meant for students already living in the hostel.

During admissions, though, there's no such setup for parents. So, if you're coming from out of town, you might need to book a hotel.
