From what my friends have shared, the IISER aptitude test questions are usually at or below the JEE Mains level. The focus is more on testing your understanding of concepts rather than complex problem-solving.

Maths: If you're prepping for JEE Advanced, the maths questions in the IISER test should be pretty straightforward.
Physics: A solid grasp of the basics will help you tackle most physics questions. You won't need to do any super lengthy calculations; JEE Mains level should suffice.
Chemistry: Chemistry questions also focus on how well you understand the concepts.
Biology: Sticking to the NCERT textbooks is generally enough to score well in the biology section.

Basically, if you thoroughly study your 11th and 12th grade textbooks, you should be well-prepared for the IISER aptitude test.
