From what I've heard, IIT Madras might be a better choice for M.Tech in Construction Management. You'll get good exposure to companies like Larsen & Toubro. While faculty and curriculum are important, the location advantage is a big plus.

Plus, some friends at IIT Madras say the professors are top-notch. The program can be intense, but that's to push you to do your best. Also, the campus at IIT Madras is generally considered nicer than IIT Delhi's.

I'd suggest checking out the course details for both and seeing which one grabs your attention more.
