To be eligible for this scheme, you need to have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognized school in Delhi. Also, you should be looking to get into a diploma, degree, or any specific skill development course in a recognized institution in Delhi through an entrance test or based on your merit. The good news is that this scheme now also covers students who are pursuing courses in Central/State Government Universities/Institutions located outside Delhi but within India.
