To be eligible, you need to be an Indian citizen and officially enrolled in a Ph.D. program at an Indian institution on or before November 1, 2024. You should have done enough research in your field and need to do research in the U.S. Also, you should have a good academic record. Your Ph.D. thesis submission date should be at least three months after the fellowship ends. If you're about to submit your thesis, you can't apply.
