IET Khandari in Agra is a pretty decent option if you're not making it to IITs or NITs. It's better than most other state and private colleges, except for maybe BHU or IET Lucknow. The faculty is good, especially in CSE, ECE, EE, and Civil. Placement opportunities on campus aren't great, but if you've got the skills, you can definitely find jobs off-campus.
