Well, the cutoff for Delhi University (DU) changes every year depending on the course and college you're aiming for. It can be super high, like 99%, or sometimes as low as 40%.

For a rough idea, if you're looking at science courses, you'll probably need at least 94%. Commerce courses, like B.Com, often require around 94% in your top four subjects, including a language.

Humanities subjects usually have a cutoff between 90-92%. If you're thinking about Hindi (Hons) or Sanskrit (Hons), the cutoff can be lower. For example, you might get into St. Stephen's with 66% in Sanskrit (Hons).
