When is the expected completion date for the new NIT Goa campus?

So, one of my friends studies at NIT Goa, and he mentioned that the new campus is under construction in Cuncolim, Goa.

Initially, the director of NIT Goa had announced that the new campus would be ready in about one and a half years, around December 2020. But, it looks like the construction might extend until mid-2022.

It's tough to say exactly when it will be finished. The location is great, so the campus should be up and running soon. Plus, students will be close to the beaches in South Goa.

Right now, the construction is just starting, and the construction office was recently set up.
