From what I've heard from a friend who studied at NIT Goa, here’s a quick rundown of what the college offers:

Labs: The CSE lab has a good number of computers running on both Linux and Windows. Wi-Fi is available in the main building and hostels, and classrooms have projectors. Other department labs are also well-equipped.
Faculty: While you shouldn't expect too much, there are a few really good teachers who can inspire you. The computer science department has some excellent faculty for cryptography and algorithms.
Hostel: It's manageable with Wi-Fi and a mess (though the food isn't great).
