To be eligible, you gotta have a solid academic record. If you've got a Master's, aim for a GPAX of at least 3.50/4.00, or if you're coming straight from a Bachelor's, make sure it's at least 3.25/4.00. You should be looking to get into a PhD program in Science, Management, Engineering, Health Science, or Agriculture. Also, you'll need to be a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Research Assistant (RA). English language skills are a must, like a TOEFL score of 500. Oh, and any nationality can apply!
