Which is the better option for engineering studies: IIIT Vadodara or Government Engineering College, Aurangabad?

From what I've heard, IIIT Vadodara is generally considered a better choice than Government Engineering College, Aurangabad, even though IIIT Vadodara is relatively new.

GECA Aurangabad seems to have lost some of its shine compared to other older colleges. The faculty might not have as much experience, and placements aren't always with top companies, often resulting in lower salary packages.
