You'll typically need an NOC from your department head, self-attested grade sheets from 10th and 12th, your previous session marksheet, a CV, a photo, and ID proof. Also, get consent from your PRL supervisor, a Bonafide Certificate, a recommendation letter, an undertaking form, proof of nationality, academic certificates, and proof of research interest (if you're a teacher).
