When we talk about global rankings, IISc Bangalore lags behind NUS Singapore. For example, in the QS World Rankings, IISc holds the 185th position, while NUS is at the 11th spot.

NUS offers a wide range of courses, including Business, Arts, Social Sciences, Computing, Dentistry, Design and Environment, Engineering, Law, Music, Public Health, and Public Policy. IISc, on the other hand, primarily focuses on Science and Engineering, offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs with a strong emphasis on research, including BS degrees at the bachelor level.

NUS boasts excellent faculty, superior infrastructure, better facilities, and more global exposure. However, this comes at a higher cost compared to IISc. At NUS, students are expected to quickly apply their knowledge, diving into advanced subjects right from the first semester.

If you prefer to stay in India, IISc is a great choice. But if you're seeking global exposure, NUS might be the better option.
