Yes, you can actually get into LPU without the LPU NEST exam! You can use your JEE rank or your board exam scores instead. Depending on how well you've done, you might even get a scholarship.

Go to the LPU website and look for "LPU in a city".
Find your city and get in touch with the person in charge of LPU admissions there. They'll give you the lowdown on the admission process and fees. They'll also let you know about the prospectus and when orientation is.
You'll need to pay a bit upfront to secure your spot and then pay the rest later.
