To apply, you need to:

Be an Indian citizen living in Himachal Pradesh.
Be from a religious minority community or a Person with a Disability (PwD).
If you're from a minority community, your family's annual income should be less than ₹81,000 if you're from a village or ₹1,03,300 if you're from a city.
Minority community applicants should be between 18 and 55 years old.
PwD applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a disability of 40% or more.
Make sure you haven't defaulted on any loans from government or semi-government banks before.
