From what I've heard from friends at both Indian Maritime University (IMU) and Tolani Maritime Institute, Tolani generally comes out on top. People say Tolani has better facilities, faculty, and overall management. Plus, their training and placement programs seem stronger. Recent placement stats show around 80% of students get placed, with companies like Teekay, NYK, and MSI recruiting from there.
