How is the experience at IIM Udaipur, according to students?

So, a friend of mine studies at IIM Udaipur, and his experience wasn't all that great. He shared a few things:

Apparently, seniors really push the '6 basic values' of IIM Udaipur from day one. You might wonder if these values are actually important, but honestly, they're just six random words on the website.
Some students in positions of power, like in THOR (The House of Representatives), act like the rules don't apply to them. This seems to be the case with the entire Council of Student Affairs, including the General Secretary, THOR, and Senate.
When it comes to clubs and committees, they have these induction techniques to welcome you. But then, at the end of the first year, they do peer reviews and kick some members out for no real reason.
The big events like Solaris and Audacity? They're just like any other college fest, nothing special. And all the important leadership roles end up being taken by couples or people already in powerful organizations like THOR, Senate, or Placecomm.

These were some of the things that made his time there less than ideal.
