Well, a B.Ed from IGNOU is pretty much on par with a regular B.Ed. The workload is almost as demanding. When it comes to landing a job, your teaching skills matter more than where you got your degree. You can definitely apply to private schools and government jobs.

Also, you can easily find opportunities through the IGNOU campus placement cell (CPC). They often recruit for IGNOU Regional Centers (RC) or Study Centres (SC).
