Well, based on the cutoff trends from 2021, snagging a CSE seat at NIT Goa with a 19k OBC NCL rank might be a bit challenging. If you're from Goa (Home State quota), the cutoff for OBC students was around 14577. But if you're from outside Goa, the cutoff was much lower, around 3779. So, your chances really depend on whether you're a resident of Goa or not.

Keep in mind that the counseling process looks at your overall AIR (All India Rank), not just your category rank. Your category rank simply shows where you stand among other OBC NCL candidates who took the exam.
