Well, admission to the B.Tech program at DCRUST depends on your JEE Main rank, no matter which category you belong to. If you're applying under the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme, you might get into the CS branch with a higher rank compared to the general category, but this is mainly for online counseling. In physical counseling, you can aim for the CS branch if your rank is around 70,000. Both types of counseling are managed by HSTES, and you can participate in both separately.
