IIT Delhi boasts 13 hostels, with 11 for boys and 2 for girls. You'll find all the basics covered: round-the-clock water, electricity, and internet. Most hostels have 3-4 floors, but keep in mind there aren't any lifts in the older buildings. The newer hostels do have lifts and better water facilities, which is a plus.

The rooms are kept clean, but you're responsible for tidying up your own space. Each room has an attached washroom, and these are cleaned daily.

The mess has fixed timings, but if you're a night owl, the canteen stays open until 3:30 am.
