When you're applying for the Charpak Scholarship, make sure you have these documents ready:

A passport-size photo.
A copy of your passport.
Your CV (no more than 2 pages).
A copy of your acceptance letter from the French university. If you don't have it yet, an email showing you're working on it will do.
Scanned copies of your Class XII and Class X mark sheets and certificates.
Any French language certificates you have.
A letter of recommendation (optional).
If you're waiting for your Class XII final exams, you can send your mid-term exam info.

Make sure everything is in PDF or JPEG format.
