IIIT Ranchi, being a relatively new autonomous institution, is still developing. A new director was appointed in 2018, Dr. Vishnu Priye, who initiated ventures like the Web development team and TAP cell. The institute also launched its official logo and app, and recruited excellent faculty.

From what my friends there tell me, here are some areas the institute could focus on:

Placement Offers : Ensuring better placement opportunities for students.
Permanent Campus : Establishing a permanent campus in Ranchi.

Ultimately, IIIT Ranchi should aim to become a top-tier institute, contributing skilled engineers, technologists, researchers, and leaders to the country.
