So, you want to know about life at GRIET, right? My brother went there way back in '09 and has visited a few times since. Here’s the lowdown:

The campus vibe is pretty cool, set on a hilltop with decent infrastructure. If you're not into college transport, you can do your own thing, but you can't bring it past the entrance.
Back in the day, there were separate canteens and buses for guys and girls. It felt kinda like a single-gender college even though it's co-ed.
They have a whole block just for pharmacy, plus an okay-ish open auditorium.
You might hear Mech and Civil students grumbling about their faculty being just average.
My brother said his teachers were good with the book stuff, but not so great at making it stick with the students.
GRIET has one playground for everything – cricket, football, volleyball, you name it. Plus, a separate basketball court.
They throw a tech fest called PRAGNYA. You can pitch your tech game ideas and even help organize. IEEE picks the best ones.
Then there's PULSE, the cultural fest. It's not super exciting – think ramp walks and some dance shows.

Also, heads up: no phones allowed on campus, even in the canteen. And once you're in, you're in until the day's over.
