Having work experience can definitely help with your application to IISWBM. A decent CAT score should be enough to get you shortlisted. Based on recent trends, a CAT percentile around 70 might be sufficient.

However, you might also want to consider Symbiosis, as it's often seen as a slightly better option. If you do choose IISWBM, focusing on an MBA in Marketing or Finance could be a good move, as the salary prospects for HRM at IISWBM aren't always the best.
