Well, from what I've seen, IIT Mandi's been doing pretty well with placements. Lots of companies come to campus every year, and things seem to be getting better. Back in 2019-20, the average salary went up by 50%!

About 85% of the undergrads got job offers last year.
Microsoft's a big name there, handing out 11 offers.
Phase 1 was the busiest, with 112 offers from 75 companies.
Some of the top companies include LTI, TCS, Toppr, Samsung Delhi, L&T, Amazon, HPCL, IBM, CodeNation, Goldman Sachs, etc.
34 students got pre-placement offers after their internships.
On average, you're looking at a salary of around INR 13.4 LPA, with the highest package at INR 40 LPA.
If you're in CSE, you've got a good shot at getting placed, followed by EEE.
They've also been getting more international offers, which is a great sign.
You can expect to find jobs in engineering, education, research, sales, and business development.

Honestly, there are plenty of opportunities at IIT Mandi. The placement record is quite decent.
