If you're choosing between IIIT Srirangam and IIIT Sri City, IIIT Srirangam usually gets the thumbs up. Both started in 2013, but IIIT Trichy, known as IIIT Srirangam because it's in Trichy, held its classes at NIT Trichy (its mentor institute) until 2020.
