EI, which is like Electronics and Telecommunication but with a slightly different syllabus, usually has better placements and a more relevant curriculum.

IP (Industrial Production) is more of a Mechanical Engineering sub-branch. Recent placement stats show that SGSITS has an average CTC of around 5.2 LPA, while IET DAVV offers about 6 LPA.

So, if you're not really set on a specific branch, EI might give you better opportunities in the long run!
