Well, it really depends on what you want to do after your M.Tech.

If you're thinking about getting a Ph.D., then M.Tech in Design might be a better fit since it's more of a core engineering field.

But, if you're looking for a job with a good salary right after graduation, Industrial Engineering from IIT BHU could be the way to go. There are lots of opportunities in India in areas like delivery/logistics, e-commerce, textiles, FMCG, and manufacturing. Plus, IIT BHU says the median CTC for this branch is around INR 15.1 LPA.
