Well, if you're dead set on a specific branch, then IIT Kanpur for Civil is the way to go. But if you're still exploring your options, IIT Kanpur is generally considered a better choice among these three IITs. In 2021, IIT Kanpur was ranked #6 in India by NIRF. While it's not a cakewalk, you might have a shot at changing your branch after the first year. However, switching colleges isn't an option.
