Well, IACS Kolkata is definitely a top-notch institute in India. But, if you're thinking about undergraduate programs, then IISER Kolkata might be a better choice. IACS Kolkata just started their 5-year integrated BS-MS program, while IISER Kolkata has been offering this course for more than 10 years. The teaching quality and facilities are generally better at IISER Kolkata compared to IACS Kolkata.
