Well, IIIT Hyderabad is a top choice for Computer Science. If you're aiming for the best but can't crack the top IITs or NITs, IIIT Hyderabad is definitely a great alternative.

The academics are top-notch, almost like IIT Bombay.
You get into core CSE and ECE courses right from the start.
The coding culture here is one of the best in India.
Placements are pretty good. In 2021, the highest package was INR 56 LPA.
There's a big focus on research, so lots of opportunities if you're into that.

Plus, you'll be studying with some really bright students from all over the country.
