To qualify for the Gargi Puraskar Yojana, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
• Be a female student.
• Be enrolled in Classes 11 or 12 at a recognized school or institution in Rajasthan.
• Have secured a minimum of 75% marks in the preceding academic year.

The Gargi Puraskar Yojana provides financial assistance of ₹3,000 per year for two years to female students who demonstrate outstanding performance in their Class 10 and 12 examinations.

Applicants must provide the following documents:

• Aadhaar card photocopy
• Bank passbook photocopy
• High school marksheet
• Passport-sized photograph
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Eligible students should contact their school authorities to complete the application form on their behalf via the Shala Darpan Portal under the Girls' Education Promotion tab.

Prize money will be transferred through Jan Aadhaar integration and DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). The award certificate will be available online.

Ensure the applicant's name, mother's name, father's name, date of birth, and gender on the secondary/higher secondary examination marksheet match the Jan Aadhaar card data for final application approval.

Selection for the Gargi Puraskar Yojana is based on meeting the specified eligibility criteria.
