Dislikes

  • Outdated curriculum
  • Variable quality of faculty
  • Wi-Fi rarely works
  • Placement recruiters prefer other colleges
  • Class Size :
  • Course Fees : INR per year

College Internship Opportunities :

While the college doesn't explicitly advertise internship opportunities, the active placement cell does bring in some companies. Students often have to rely on their own networks and connections to secure internships. It would be great if the college could focus more on providing structured internship programs.

Course Information :

I'm pursuing B.Com (Hons) here, and it's been a decent experience. The course provides a foundation in finance and management, which is helpful for consulting. While the curriculum could use some updating to include more practical applications, it's still a solid choice.

Fee Structure :

The fee for B.Com (Hons) is quite reasonable, around INR 12,000 - 16,000 per year. Considering the overall experience and the opportunities available, it's definitely value for money. Affordable education in a North Campus college!

Faculty :

The faculty is a mixed bag. Some professors are super passionate and knowledgeable, while others seem less invested. It really depends on the department and the individual professor. Overall, I would say that the faculty is average.

Campus Details :

Hindu College's campus is located in North Campus, which is a vibe in itself. The infrastructure is basic but functional, with clean classrooms and a sports complex. The Wi-Fi is spotty, but the canteen food is hygienic. The campus life is amazing, with lots of events and societies to join.
