College Internship Opportunities :
I'm in my third year and haven't really explored the internship opportunities yet. I've heard there are some options available, but nothing too extensive. The college could definitely focus more on providing better internship support and placements for students.
Course Information :
I'm doing my B.Com here, and honestly, the course is pretty standard. The syllabus is okay, nothing too exciting, but it covers the basics well. It's a decent option if you're looking for a regular commerce degree without any fancy specializations. Good for building a foundation!
Fee Structure :
The fees for B.Com have been increasing every year, which is a bit of a bummer. Now that the college is autonomous, the fees have almost doubled. It's becoming quite expensive, especially considering the facilities aren't improving at the same rate. Keep this in mind while applying!
Faculty :
Some teachers are really good and supportive, especially in the higher departments. However, some HODs can be egoistic and rude, which can be a bit discouraging. They sometimes use attendance as a weapon against students, which isn't cool. Mixed experiences overall!
Campus Details :
The campus has greenery, which is a plus, but the premises aren't very clean. Classrooms are small and congested, and the ACs often don't work or leak. I haven't been to the canteen, so can't comment on that. Overall, the campus could use some improvements.
