Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts, Science and Commerce was established in the year 1937 and the institute was the brainchild of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. The institute was also known as Guru Nanak Khalsa College or Khalsa College Mumbai. The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission under section 2f in 1974 and UGC has also awarded the college with Potential for Excellence. The campus is quite big, and each department organizes its own fests, so there's always something happening. The location is easily accessible, and all emergency services are readily available. One minor issue is the limited seating around the campus.

The campus has greenery, which is a plus, but the premises aren't very clean. Classrooms are small and congested, and the ACs often don't work or leak. I haven't been to the canteen, so can't comment on that. Overall, the campus could use some improvements.
