Annual management quota fees for B.Tech branches are listed by the institute as follows: Civil, Mechanical and EEE INR 2,00,000 ; ECE and CSBS INR 5,00,000 ; AI & ML INR 6,00,000 ; CSE INR 7,50,000 . For PG courses, MBA and MCA are INR 2,75,000 per year. M.Tech ranges from INR 1,25,000 (CSE) to INR 2,50,000 (VLSI & Embedded Systems).
Hostel charges are separate. Total hostel fees, including food, are listed between INR 1,54,000 (normal room) and INR 1,92,000 (ICD special room).
How management admissions are handled and immediate steps for applicants
Management quota admissions are processed by the BMS Educational Trust and seat allotment is carried out by the Chief of the Admission Committee. Application forms are issued annually in June/July . Counselling is conducted Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Trust office.
The payment mode for management quota admissions is strictly by Demand Draft in favour of BMS Educational Trust , payable at Bengaluru, and the DD must be drawn from the parents' bank account.
Eligibility, documents and counselling details
For UG engineering, candidates need 2nd PUC/Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics plus one optional (Chemistry/Biotech/CS/Biology/Electronics). General eligibility is minimum 45% aggregate in optional subjects; management quota typically expects minimum 60% as per current norms. CET/COMED-K/JEE rank cards are required among documents.
PG applicants must submit PGCET/KMAT/CMAT/MAT/GATE scorecards as applicable, plus semester-wise degree marks sheets. Original documents are to be produced after allotment.
