KVS 3rd Admission List 2026: How to check
You can check your child’s status at admission.kvs.gov.in using the Check Application Status link. You will need your Login Code, the child’s date of birth, and the mobile number used in the application.

KVS 3rd Admission List 2026: Documents and verification
If your child is shortlisted, visit the allotted school for document verification with originals and one set of photocopies. Schools will verify identity, age, residence and category/service claims.
Mandatory items to carry:
- Child’s original Birth Certificate.
- Passport-size photograph of the child.
- Residence proof (Aadhaar, ration card, or electricity bill).
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable.
- Service certificate for government employee priority applicants.
- Distance declaration for admissions under the RTE quota.

What if your name isn’t on the third list?
The third list is typically the final scheduled provisional list for Class 1. Further admissions may occur only if category-specific vacancies remain.
